VIDEO: Kidnapped Rockville Resident Calls on Obama to Meet Al-Qaeda's Demands

Rockville resident Warren Weinstein said in a video released by Al-Qaeda on Sunday that he would be killed if the U.S. does not meet the terrorist organization’s demands, the Associated Press reported.

The terrorist organization . In that video, Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Zawahiri demanded that the U.S. end airstrikes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen and release all al-Qaida and Taliban prisoners, the AP reported.

"If you accept the demands, I live," Weinstein said in the latest video, in which he addresses President Barack Obama. "If you don't accept the demands, then I die."

The White House had no comment on the video, the AP reported.

Weinstein was living in Lahore, Pakistan when he was abducted in August, the AP reported. He and his wife have a home in Aspen Hill. Neighbors there told ABC7 after his abduction in August that they were worried for his safety.

Weinstein, 70, has lived in Pakistan for five years while working for J.E. Austin Associates, an Arlington, Va.-based development contractor, which advises Pakistani business and government agencies, the AP reported.
