VIDEO: Town Square Winter Festival Is Nice on Ice

Festivities included music, Disney ice sculptures, fun and games.

Despite chilly weather befitting the occasion, residents made it out to Rockville Town Square on Saturday to celebrate the Winter Festival. The Disney-themed celebration featured ice sculptures, games for children, live music, a moonbounce, a snowboard simulator and free green screen-imposed photos with your favorite Disney character.
