Rockville Rewind: March 21-25

Survey reports, spring sports and union retorts.

March marched on this week in Rockville with the City Council hearing results of a citizen survey, opening days for spring sports in county high schools and plenty of reaction to county budget cuts, including a lively rally in Town Center.

The Rockville City Council on Monday heard a report on . The survey found that 93 percent of residents rated the overall quality of life in the city as "good" or "excellent." But safety ratings were below the national norm.
