Rockville Rewind: Feb. 21-25

The final full week of February started slow with the Presidents Day holiday on Monday but made up for it later in the week with the long-awaited opening of the Intercounty Connector, changes to a popular Rockville blog, a vote on same-sex marriage and some wicked wind.
