Evictions Expected at Homeless Camp

Occupants would have five to seven days to find new homes, WUSA reports.

A homeless camp off Randolph Road could be disbanded Thursday morning as authorities arrive to condemn the property, WUSA reported.

If condemned, about a half-dozen people would have five to seven days to find new homes, the station reported. The camp, which has existed around Rockville for about seven years, came under scrutiny when one of the occupants became involved in a domestic dispute, the station reported.

Montgomery County offers services for the homeless, including shelters for families and single adults.
