Scheer Partners Represents AdvaGenix in Securing New Office Location in Rockville, MD

Rockville, MD (June 17, 2014) – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it represented AdvaGenix in securing a 2,299-square-foot lease at 9430 Key West Avenue, a 57,638-square-foot Rockville building owned by Danac Corporation.



In this transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Matt Brady and Associates Aaron Gambini and Kevin Rosenberg represented AdvaGenix.



“AdvaGenix is a newly formed company with a focus on genetics,” Gambini says. “Its goal was to secure a location that would utilize existing infrastructure and expand its current laboratory and administration space. This was the perfect fit for them.”
