Scheer Partners Leases 24,000 Square Feet To Bed, Bath & Beyond

Rockville, MD (October 17, 2013) – SJS-Wildewood S.C. L.P., the owners of the Wildewood Shopping Center in California, Md., are proud to announce the arrival of Bed Bath & Beyond in the first quarter of 2014.

In addition to its 1,008 stores across the United States, this Bed Bath & Beyond will be part of the 285,000-square-foot center that is currently anchored by JC Penney and Belk. Bed Bath & Beyond will occupy most of the former McKay’s grocery space at 23415 Three Notch Road.

Sandra Hunt, Rockville, Md.-based Scheer Partners’ Senior Vice President of Investment Sales, represented the landlord, and Les Sax of Sax Realty represented the tenant.

Hunt, the center’s local representative, says, “Bed Bath & Beyond is a great addition to the Wildewood Shopping Center, and we are excited to bring the center’s occupancy to 95 percent.”
