Optimal Networks, Inc. Walks to End Homelessness in DC Area The company's Platinum Walker Sponsorship will help to benefit five area non-profits dedicated to eliminating the local homeless epidemic

Rockville, MD—Optimal Networks, Inc. announces its participation as a Platinum Walker Sponsor for the 3rd Annual Acacia Federal Savings Bank Rock & Stroll to End Homelessness. The event,  a community service and fundraising event benefitting five Alexandria homeless service providers: ALIVE!, The Arlington-Alexandria Coalition for the Homeless (AACH), Community Lodgings, New Hope Housing, and Wesley Housing, will be held at Cameron Run Regional Park on Saturday, September 28, 2013.

This collaboration of nonprofits will allow the five beneficiaries to raise the funds necessary to further their missions to end homelessness in the DC metro and surrounding areas.  Activities for the day include a DJ to keep the festivities going, a barbecue lunch, games, hula hooping, salsa dancing, zumba, a Community Walk, kids’ activities, and more.
