CRESA WASHINGTON DC NEGOTIATES FOR BWW LAW GROUP IN 38,000-SQUARE-FOOT RELOCATION TO 6003 EXECUTIVE BLVD. IN NORTH BETHESDA

March 11, 2014 (North Bethesda, MD) – Cresa Washington DC, a corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated services, announces today that it negotiated on behalf of BWW Law Group for a 38,000-square-foot relocation to 6003 Executive Blvd. in North Bethesda.



In this new long-term deal, Cresa Washington DC Principal Matthew Ward represented BWW Law Group, which provides a variety of legal services to banks, mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers and other financial institutions.

Currently housed at 4520 East-West Highway in Bethesda, BWW Law Group plans to move to its new office at 6003 Executive Blvd., a 110,000-square-foot property owned by Washington Science Center Joint Venture, in August of this year.
