Soon, Rockville diners will have more options to choose from.
Several restaurants have signed leases with the work-in-progress Pike & Rose development, the developer Federal Realty Trust announced Wednesday.
Among them is Del Frisco’s Grille, which Patch heard about earlier this month. The Texas-based steakhouse is expected to occupy 7,692 square feet of space at Pike & Rose.
Patch had also heard back in June that ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen was coming to Rockville. ShopHouse is Chipotle’s Asian-themed spinoff.
Here’s what else is coming to the ’Pike:
- Protein Bar—The Chicago favorite serves healthy foods, heavy on the proteins; will be located on Old Georgetown Road
- Roti—Fast-casual Mediterranean cuisine; will be located on Old Georgetown Road
- Lettuce Entertain You—Lettuce will be opening two restaurants at Pike & Rose, testing out a new concepts the East Coast: An artisan pizza place and new American cuisines.
Pike & Rose is a mixed-use development being built at Mid-Pike Plaza. The community will include 1,500 residential units, 450,000 square feet of retail, 1.1 million square feet of office space and a 250,000-square-foot hotel.
