VIDEO: Brian McKnight Woos the Crowd at Strathmore
The Grammy-winning R&B singer sold out The Music Center at Strathmore on Friday.
The audience could barley contain themselves as R&B legend Brian McKnight took the stage at the Music Center at Strathmore on Friday.
The sold-out concert featured McKnight in an intimate acoustic setting with a grand piano and acoustic guitars.
McKnight told fans that he wanted to bring the concert and tour back to his roots.

"Tonight I wanted to do something different, I wanted to do something special," he said. "I wanted to play my songs not necessarily the way I performed them but the way I wrote them. A little trip down memory lane with some twists and turns."
Later in the show, McKnight invited his sons, Brian Jr. and Niko, onstage, as well as his brother, Claude McKnight of Take 6.

McKnight’s 14th album, “Just Me” was released on July 12.
