UUCR Presents Jazz Pianist Dave Anderson

Jazz pianist Dave Anderson and percussionist Mike Wingo will give a concert featuring music from their latest CD, “Conversations”, as well as other pieces. In August of 2010, “Conversations” reached #16 on CMJ's Top 40 List of Jazz CD's played by Jazz Radio Stations across the country. To quote one reviewer, “this is really a keyboard and percussion dialogue... one of the most enjoyable jazz discourses I've heard in a long time!”

There is no charge for admission. Optional donations ($15 suggested) will benefit Beacon House (http://www.beaconhousedc.org/), an organization that provides services for at-risk youth in D.C.
