The Dreaming Tree: Citydance Children & Youth Concert 2011

CityDance Ensemble Presents The Dreaming Tree performed by school dancers to showcase thier techniques mastered throughout the year.

The Dreaming Tree is the story of dancers journey from the peaceful dreams of the Amazon Rainforest where animals become human to the modern day world where humans become creatures. The two act performance will feature ballet, modern, jazz, Asian/afro-fusion and hip-hop. Program music includes, Astor Piazzola, Claude Debussy, Coldplay, Michael Jackson, Robotaki and Brazilian music from Carnival.
