On December 5, 2010, hundreds of Montgomery County's civic, business and cultural leaders will gather at the Hilton Rockville Atrium for Steppin' Out!, the 25th annual Montgomery County Executive's Ball for the Benefit of the Arts and Humanities. Dancing, an appetizing spread of food, conversation and a big band -- it'll be a night to remember!
