The Creative Crafts Council’s 28th Biennial Exhibition will showcase 180 pieces of fine contemporary craft from the region’s most accomplished, skillful and innovative artisans.
Held at Strathmore Mansion, the exhibit will feature a range of mediums, including clay, enamel, fiber, polymer, glass, metal, mixed media and wood.
Saturday programs will include a Children’s Talk & Tour led by Creative Crafts Council chairman Eileen Martin at 10:15 a.m. and an Art Talk & Tour for adults at 1:00 p.m., also held by Ms. Martin. Reservations are required for the Children’s Talk & Tour and can be made by calling (301) 581-5109.
