VIDEO: A Night Out in East Rockville

East Rockville Civic Association hosted a National Night Out block party at the Pump House.

Rockville residents took to the streets on Tuesday to celebrate with block parties around the city.

The East Rockville Civic Association sponsored family-friendly festivities at the historic  at Croydon Park, including a sidewalk chalk drawing contest, a hula hoop contest and a moon bounce.
