Community Corner

Wildlife Garden Tour

Do you want to attract wildlife to your yard? Join us for a tour of some of your neighbors’ yards that are certified by the National Wildlife Federation as backyard wildlife habitats. We’ll provide information and resources to help you certify your yard, too, and have fun exchanging information and experiences with your neighbors. Co-sponsored by the Croydon Creek Nature Center and the Community Wildlife Habitat Team. Space is limited and participants must be 16 or older. Register by September 6 for course number 36974 on page 24 of the Rockville Fall Recreation Guide. Register via the web using access to the Recreation Guide through Rockenroll https://rockenroll.rockvillemd.gov/econnect/start/start.asp or in person at the Croydon Creek Nature Center, Rockville City Hall, Thomas Farm Community Center, Twinbrook Community Recreation Center, Lincoln Park Community Center and the Swim Center. Cost is $10 for residents and $12 for non-residents
