Community Garden Plots Available - Lottery for Plots at Gaynor Road Community Garden

The Montgomery Parks Community Garden at 4601 Gaynor Road in Rockville (behind the Firehouse at the corner of Veirs Mill and Gaynor Roads) is accepting entries for a community garden plot lottery. There are a small number of plots available for rental for the 2012 gardening season.

To participate in the lottery for a garden plot, submit your:

All entries must be received by 5:00 PM on Wednesday June 6, 2012. Telephone call entries will not be accepted.

Winners will be notified by June 11. We regret that we are unable to contact all those who entered the lottery.

Lottery winners will be required to apply and pay for their community garden plots through the Montgomery Parks Permit Office. Instructions for payment will be sent to lottery winners. Do not include payment with your
lottery submission. Payment: 300 square foot plots:
$45/annually 400 square foot plots: $55/annually. The Gaynor Community Garden offers 300 and 400 square foot plots. The garden is surrounded by deer fencing with locking gates, and water is available on site.
