East Rockville Civic Association's fourth annual Winter Wonderland decorating contest culminated this week with judges announcing the winners and posting photos on the association's website.

The winners are:

  • Best Illumination: The Manickam family, 913 Allan Road.
  • Best Overall Décor: The Granado Family, 207 Park Road.

Judges drove by every house in East Rockville on Sunday night before selecting the winners.

"The decision was difficult this year as many residences were decorated beautifully and were seriously considered for an award," ERCA vice president Chas Hausheer said in an email. "After vigorous debate though, decisions were made. ERCA wishes to thank all who participated and we encourage people to go out and enjoy the hard work your neighbors in East Rockville have done."
