More Parking Available in Downtown Rockville

The Rockville Metro Plaza parking garage, part of the newly-delivered Foulger-Pratt building and home to Choice Hotels International, now provides additional parking options for visitors, residents and employees in the Rockville Town Center area.

In addition to the entrance from MD 355, drivers can now enter the Rockville Metro Plaza parking garage from Maryland Avenue directly across from Rockville Town Square by way of a new entrance ramp.  Drivers can enter via Maryland Avenue, then proceed left onto the new ramp preceding the “Garage B” entrance.  Drivers can also enter the new garage, as well as a new surface parking lot, from an entrance located on East Middle Lane Westbound.  These improvements result from the completion of the new Choice Hotels headquarters located at the corner of Rockville Pike and East Middle Lane.

The Rockville Metro Plaza parking garage, one of 17 parking options in the area, is managed by Colonial Parking.  The new lot access and additional parking will add convenience for visitors, residents and employees of the Rockville Town Center area.
