California Tortilla Rockville Town Center Reopens With New Look

California Tortilla Rockville has reopened with a fresh new look and head-to-toe renovation, and to celebrate, they welcomed over 1200 to free burritos and drinks on opening day last month!

After an extensive remodel, the new Rockville location has been redesigned in a modern color palette to match the new California Tortilla logo and outfitted with all new seating and furniture.  This marks the return of original owners Bob Daly and Lisa Lakin to the store they opened back in 2000.  In 2004, Daly and Lakin opened the successful California Tortilla in Chinatown, D.C. and said good-bye to Rockville shortly thereafter.

“We’re thrilled to return to the old neighborhood with a new-and-improved look—this location is particularly special to us and it’s great to be back,” said Lakin. “Over the past few years, the Rockville Town Center area has changed dramatically, and become the ‘place to be’ on Rockville Pike,” continued Daly. “We couldn’t be more excited to rejoin this vibrant community.”

California Tortilla Rockville is located at 199 E Montgomery Ave in Rockville Town Center.
