Those were Rockville Mayor Phyllis Marcuccio's remarks during a discussion on "mansionization" last week. Mansionization is what happens when huge homes are plopped among smaller, more moodiest homes. The full quote:

"One thing that's very clear is that size matters. Size has been the issue you can see. Nobody can argue that these houses aren't a size problem as much as they're an architectural problem. First we need to deal with the size."
