The most popular office breaks are coffee and lunch, but why not schedule a yoga break? Can’t fit a mat into a lunchbox? No worries! Led by Amanda Credeur, RYT 200, this workshop will teach students how to incorporate yoga throughout the day, sans yoga mat. Focusing on simple poses, calming breathing techniques, and short meditations, this workshop goes beyond the concept of sitting in an ergonomic chair. Students will learn how and when to take yoga breaks as a way to decrease stress and ease chronic pain. This workshop is suitable for anyone: any practice level from advanced to individuals new to yoga. Take an afternoon off and learn how to pencil in yoga breaks!
