DESCRIPTION:Rockville Town Square in partnership with Rockville Memorial 
 Library announces today a new program\, Reading Rocks!\, that will encou
 rage children of all ages to read and enjoy books. Reading Rocks! is par
 t of the Square Kids Program and will take place now through April 30\, 
 2012. Participating children can read or listen to books anytime or anyw
 here and log what they&rsquo\;ve read to receive prizes from Rockville T
 own Square merchants including free frozen yogurt\, temporary tattoos\, 
 reading totes and gift certificates to Toy Kingdom.\nThe program is free
  and children and their families can register on the Rockville Town Squa
 re website where they will receive instructions on how to participate\, 
 learn about special promotions\, and get reading tips and book suggestio
 ns. Children are also encouraged to use the Rockville Memorial Library a
