The City of Rockville and the Rockville Sister City Corporation will dedicate a new Peony Garden at the Rockville Civic Center Park to our Friendship with Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China at about 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2012. You are invited to attend and to greet the delegation from Jiaxing.
The Garden is located below the Glenview Mansion, near the tennis courts about two tiers below the Pinneberg Rose Garden.
We hope you can attend and show support for the new Friendship City relationship. It may help us to achieve a Sister City Relationship similar to that we have enjoyed with Pinneberg, Germany for over half a century.

More About Civic Center Park
This 153-acre park contains the Glenview Mansion, F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and Social Hall, Croydon Creek Nature Center and the Climbing Gym. The park also features woodland urban wildlife trails, formal gardens, grills and picnic areas and four tennis courts.
