National Science Bowl - Maryland Regional Competition

On January 19, high school students from your area will be vying against one another in a regional competition of the National Science Bowl; an annual event sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Science to help encourage our nation's youth to pursue careers in science and math. The winning team will be awarded an all-expenses paid trip to Washington, D.C., where it will compete against other regional winners from across the country in the National Finals, which will be held from April 25 to 29, 2013. Come out to the competition and cheer on your favorite team!

More About Montgomery College
With 15,000 students, Rockville is home to the largest of Montgomery College's three community college campuses. The other campuses are located in Germantown and Takoma Park/Silver Spring.
