 he ways they are celebrating is by hosting a kite decorating contest. Ho
 wever\, it&rsquo\;s more than just your average kite contest. At Meadows
 ide they are crazy about birds of prey&mdash\;love to talk about them\, 
 teach about them and care for them. So\, what better way to celebrate an
  anniversary than with a contest honoring these magnificent birds?The Na
 ture Center will supply the kite kits\, you supply the creativity!\nDesi
 gn catagories:\n\nMOST REALISTIC: Most closely resembles a bird-of-prey 
 native to Maryland\nMOST FANCIFUL: The most unique\, fun \,and/or creati
 ve expression of the birds-of-prey theme\nMOST &ldquo\;GREEN: looking fo
 r the next best &ldquo\;trashformation&rdquo\;. All materials used decor
 ating the kite would otherwise be trash.\n\nWinning kites will be displa
 yed in the lobby of Meadowside throughout their anniversary year. The ki
 te kit fee will provide support for the raptor program at Meadowside.\nS
