This Workshop will include a Developmental Overview of adopted children and their milestones and key developmental and emotional stages. Building on a previous workshop, Debbie Riley, director of the Center for Adoption Support and Education (CASE), will lead participants through important developmental information for parents, teachers and professionals, key stages from elementary years through college, and what parents and teachers can do to help students through transitions. Lunchtime roundtable discussions and a panel of adoptive parents and their children will be included. Lunch is provided.
