More About Christ Episcopal School

Christ Episcopal School

109 S Washington St, Rockville, MD

Affiliated with the Christ Episcopal Church, Christ Episcopal School offers a comprehensive and nurturing educational environment to students from preschool age through the 8th grade. Through Christian teachings and a wide-ranging academic curriculum, the school works closely with students to help develop critical thinking and improve problem solving skills.

The preschool program is for ages 2 through 4 and focuses on developing learning abilities and preparing children for higher levels of education.

The Lower School comprises kindergarten through fourth while the Middle School is for students grades five through eight. The curriculum for older students consists of mathematics, handwriting, social studies, foreign language, music and art instruction. Along with educational services, the school also offers early care and extended day services before and after the traditional school day.

Tuition rates vary depending on students' grade and care services; a full list of rates can be found on the website. Financial aid is available to all families, and tours of the campus for prospective students can be arranged by request. The school also has a summer camp program, Camp Cardinal, for children ages 3 to 7 that offers sports, arts and crafts, field trips and water activities.
