Hattersley and Laura Talbott were the original owners of this home at 100 Forest Ave., built in the early 1890s. Hattersley Talbott was a three-term mayor of Rockville, state senator and chairman of the Democratic Party in Maryland.

Wonderful photo's! Thank you so much for showing them and supplying the history on them too. I was a long time member of the Rockville Presbyterian Church, my Mother taught Sunday School there when the Rev. Fail was there. He lived in one of the big homes too.
