Rockville city police will take a chilly dip in the Chesapeake Bay again in January as the department participates in the 17^th Annual Maryland State Police Polar Bear Plunge.

The plunge, set for Jan. 26 at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis, features thousands taking a dip to raise money for Special Olympics Maryland.
