Vehicle Thefts and Burglaries in Montgomery County Police Reports

Arrests and incidents for Jan. 14-22, according to county police.

 

The following is compiled from Montgomery County Police Department crime summaries. Arrests do not imply guilt.

15103 Southlawn Lane: A commercial burglary occurred between 4:30 and 5 a.m. Jan. 19 at Montgomery Auto Parts. Forced entry. Property taken.

600 block of N. Horners Lane: A theft from vehicle occurred at 4:27 p.m. Jan. 20. Unknown entry. A wallet was taken.

1776 E. Jefferson Street: A theft from vehicle occurred between 5:30 and 6:15 p.m. Jan. 18 at Planet Fitness. Forced entry. A gym bag, purse and an iPod were taken.

Four vehicle thefts occurred between 1 and 7:30 a.m. Jan. 18. Three occurred in the 600 block of Blandford Street. One occurred in the 200 block of Hardy Place.

9200 block of Fox Meadow Lane: An attempted residential burglary occurred at 4:10 a.m. Jan. 16. Attempted forced entry. Nothing taken.

11000 block of Potomac Oaks Drive: An attempted burglary occurred between 11 and 11:11 a.m. Jan. 19. Attempted entry. Nothing taken.

5500 block of Randolph Road, North Bethesda: A theft from vehicle occurred between 7 and 7:30 p.m. Jan. 18. Forced entry. A purse was taken.
